Do you know who i am?

You know CRM is really hard when a company that sells usability testing software can’t even begin to get it right.

I have been a user of TechSmith products for years – Snagit, Jing and even Morae. I have always been a mac person. And yet nearly every day they email me to sell me Windows software.

You know what that says? It says “I have no clue who the hell you are and I don’t care, but hey how about buying some Windows software for a computer you don’t own?”

(And then, when I hit reply to kindly tell them what’s what, I got the note below.)

This is how your donors feel when you don’t acknowledge their past support.
