Kristen is the smartest communications person I know.  She’s taken the non-profit world by storm since founding Spitfire Strategies a few years ago.  Not content to have the best cause-oriented PR firm around, she created the Communications Leadership Institute — kind of a “Harvard mid-career program” for communications professionals.

Now comes The Activation Point — a strategic communications manual that is truly strategic.  Kristen thinks hard about what really works and what you really have to know and do to make things happen — and she’s reduced the fruit of her and many of her colleagues’ best thinking into this must have (and free) document.

The Activation Point joins Katya’s Andresen’s Robin Hood Marketing as one of a very very small number of useful references on strategic communications for do-gooders.
